The Hymnal 1982 (from St. Andrews Episcopal Church
Includes a Topical Index and a First Line Index, with links to midi files of uncopyrighted hymns.  No text of the hymns. 

Anglican Online Hymnal
A work in progress, this site includes the non-copyrighted text, and some midi files, from six Anglican hymnals from the United States, England, and Canada.  First line, numerical, and seasonal indices.  Also searchable. 

The Cyber Hymnal
Includes information about the hymns, midi files, and scores.  Indices by title, topic, tune "name," people, and language.  A plug-in is required to view the scores. 


Christian Classics Ethereal Library (Electronic texts)
Electronic texts, including writings of the early Church fathers, the World Wide Study Bible, prayer books, hymnals, fiction, reference material.  Multidenominational, from Wheaton College.

William C. Lubenow
Bill Lubenow was born in Illinois, raised in Chicago, and educated in Iowa. He teaches European and British history at Stockton College. Currently he is writing on the British Roman Catholic aristocracy in the nineteenth century, the making of the liberal state, 1815-1914, and the Strachey family, 1817-1968.  He is a member of the American Historical Association and a Fellow of the Royal Historical Society.  He belongs to the Bredon Society in Cambridge, England and the Reform Club in London.  He enjoys music, cooking and eating, and talking (in groups of eight or fewer).
