the Renaissance, churches have been active in bringing the arts to all people.
We hope that this diverse schedule of activities will appeal to you and your neighbors. Of

Organ Concerts (followed by a Soup Lunch) Thursdays at Noon William

of Organ Music”

Each
Thursday during the Lenten season at Noon, we spotlight the church's fine
organ played by the Music Director / Organist Bill Lowden. The series
consists of 25-30 minute programs followed by a lunch of homemade soup, fresh
rolls, bevrages and cookies prepared by volunteer cooks from the congregation
The concerts present a wide variety of styles and sounds in an informal atmosphere.

A free-will offering will be received at the door to benefit Arts at Grace.
THE CHURCH IS LOCATED NEXT TO THE PATCO
STATION AND IS CONVENIENT TO ALL HADDONFIELD NJ TRANSIT BUS LINES.
AMPLE PARKING IS AVAILABLE BEHIND THE BUILDING. -
- Mr.
Lowden is the Music Director and Organist of Grace Church in Haddonfield. His
undergraduate study was at Syracuse University in Church Music and Humanities.
Additional study was done at Westminister Choir College, Princeton Theological
Seminary, Temple and Rutgers Universities. His organ teachers included Charles
Wright, Herbert Burtis, Will Headlee, and Robert Elmore. Mr. Lowden plays concerts
for churches and schools throughout the Northeastern United States. He
is a frequent performer and clinician in the tri-state area, and is a composer
of various works for organ, choir, brass and string ensemble.

instrument is a recently renovated 1986 Austin Organ with new stops by Walker
Technical. There are 86 voices layered over 7 divisions controlled by a computerized
console. A wide range of compositional styles can be authentically played with
